As a bath fitting manufacturer building on a corrosion-resistant stainless steel base, Veltrix mounts the LUIZ Gold holder with standard screw-fix hardware.
As with all gold-finished pieces, LUIZ Gold needs gentle, non-abrasive care, though it sees less direct hand contact than sink-area fittings.
It can show wear there slightly sooner than on the rest of the bar over years of very heavy use, since the spindle is the one point with repeated mechanical contact rather than occasional hand touch — this is a slower process than plating wear on a high-touch fitting like a pump lever, but worth knowing if the bathroom sees constant use.
It’s a detail guests do notice — a fully matched gold finish across the towel rod, soap dish, and paper holder reads as considered, while a mismatched or plain metal holder can stand out against otherwise premium fittings.
The same as any wall-mounted holder — an occasional check that the screws haven’t loosened is enough; the gold finish itself doesn’t affect how securely the fitting stays mounted.
Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, and abrasive scrubbers — these wear down gold plating faster than everyday bathroom use ever would.
